You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products.

Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer.

Returns are accepted if the product has not been used and is accompanied by the manufacturer’s card as well as the retail receipt or invoice.

In case of return, an e-mail should be sent to the address info@koukos.shop, to which the order code must be mentioned, or by telephone at 222102930 Monday-Friday 9:00-13:30, Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 18:00-21:00 and Saturday 10:00-14:00.

The returned goods must be sent to the headquarters of Exarchis.gr (address 7 Antoniou, PC 34100, Chalkida).

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong item, etc. ).

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products.

In case of change design, due to incorrect assessment of the customer, the customer sends us back the goods in question and the customer is charged with 7 euros (the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product).
